"These types of old world meat shops are extremely rare. I was surprised by how willingly they encouraged trying samples. Our families favorite was the capicola, and the buckboard bacon. Also, the bresaola and landjaeger were excellent. I would highly recommend this place! The sausage counter they run next door is excellent as well. I think the pricing is the best in Leavenworth."
